What I'm Eating Next Week...

I love grocery shopping. I love meal planning. I love cooking. One of my favorite things to do on Fridays is to sit down with my printable and make a meal plan and a grocery list for my Saturday shopping trip.

I'm really excited about the dinners I have this week. Two are from my new favorite blog; Iowa Girl Eats, and the rest is me trying to use up some items from my overstocked pantry.

Sunday:
Grilled Pork Tenderloin, Broccoli & Parmesan Israeli Couscous, Roasted Carrots

Monday: 
Black Bean Burgers& Roasted Potatoes

Tuesday:
Turkey Meatloaf Muffins, Asparagus & Mashed Potatoes

Wednesday:

Thursday:

Friday:
Sauteed Tilapia, Roasted Brussels Sprouts & Brown Rice

Saturday:
Date Night at Natchez

It's FRIDAY!!!



I always do my meal planning on Friday, so we can go to the grocery store on Saturday morning. Last week I instagrammed my meal planning worksheet, and was surprised that so many people liked it.

I like this one because I like having a place to note what ingredients I need for each days meals. It makes creating a grocery list super simple. I write down what ingredients a recipe calls for (disregarding anything I know I have on hand), and I'm pretty much done. The space down at the bottom is for anything else we need (snacks, cereals, household/pet items).

It has six days because that's how many nights I make dinner. We always have a date night on Saturday.
